Her experience working with global firms, government agencies, and non-profits has equipped her with the insight to guide both strategy development and implementation with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

With a background that includes grassroots activism at Amnesty International Venezuela and corporate advisory roles in North America and Latin America, Jen brings both vision and execution to projects involving Indigenous governance, reconciliation, responsible supply chains, and sustainability performance. She thrives in cross-cultural and cross-sectoral environments, advising CEOs and frontline teams alike on how to embed equity, ethics, and inclusion into every level of their organization.
