Natalia is a multilingual strategist with over a decade of experience working across Latin America in human rights, gender equality, governance, and citizen security. With a Master’s in International Relations from Hult International Business School and deep expertise in research, MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning), and stakeholder engagement. Natalia has worked in projects and programs with Amnesty International and international cooperation agencies such as the United Nations Development Programme, United States Institute for Peace, and USAID.
Natalia thrives in multidisciplinary teams and excels at turning complex research into actionable insights. Her passion for writing and systems-thinking makes her a strong ally in projects that require both rigor and empathy.
